Jonathan or Jon is 26 yrs of age, approximately 5'5 light brown complexion, he has a tattoo of a spade on his right or left arm. He may have either braids or a low hair cut. He smokes and drinks beer. He is from New Orleans, therefore may speak with an accent.
Jon has not been heard from since 1/31/09, this is very much out of character for him. His birthday was 3/22, and he failed to call, again unlike him! His last known address is 443 Collins Dr, Dover, DE 19901. His last employer known to me is Wal mart, unsure of the location.
Jon has 2 sons, ages 2 yrs. (Josiah) and the other approximately 8 months old (Jaquel), who lives with their mother (Shakira Williams) in Wilmington DE, in a Government Housing complex, at 2800 N Tatnall St.
